With this casting kit for children you can create a unique keepsake of your child's hands and/or feet with this easy-to-use 3 dimensional casting kit. Everything you need is included for you to create and frame your casting. For a special touch you can also display a 6"x4" photo.
Unlike other kits, this version comes complete with a finished glass window frame, and there's enough material to make at least 5 or 6 casts (baby up to 12 months old - fewer for older children) giving you every chance you need to create the perfect casts!
This kit includes an 10" x 8" handmade box frame in a choice of finishes. They make great new baby or christening gifts for parents and grandparents.
Detailed instructions on how to make your casts is included. It's so simple - just mix the impression powder with water and put the mixture into the plastic bag (it's non-toxic and biodegradeable, so is totally safe to use on the skin). Then gently squeeze the mixture around the foot/hand and wait a couple of minutes for it to set. next, fill the empty mould with the casting mix and leave for a few hours. Peel-away the mould to reveal your cast, ready to paint (if required) and frame. Remember, this kit contains double the materials of most kits so if it's not perfect you can try again and again.
